By downloading, installing, or using Remin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Remin is a free party memory game. Players create or join game rooms, share photos from their device galleries, and guess the owner and year of each photo. The service is provided for entertainment purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Remin. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

When using Remin, you agree not to:

• Upload photos that are illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringe on the rights of others • Upload photos containing explicit or sexually suggestive content • Use the service to harass, bully, or intimidate other players • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the service • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the service

You are solely responsible for the photos you share during gameplay.

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload to Remin. By uploading photos, you grant Remin a temporary, limited license to display those photos to other participants in your game session for the sole purpose of gameplay.

All uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 3 hours of the game ending. We do not store, archive, or repurpose your photos in any way.

Remin does not require user registration or an account. Your identity within the game is tied to an anonymous device identifier stored locally on your device. Display names are chosen per session and are not persisted.

The Remin name, logo, game design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Blaxtem. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without prior written consent.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services that the App relies on.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blaxtem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. We are not responsible for content shared by users during gameplay.

Game sessions in Remin are ephemeral by design. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
